General users do not need to register or log in to browse content or use most services on MeroGuru. Registration and login are mandatory only for Gurus and service providers who wish to create and manage their service profiles on meroguru.com.
Registration is required for:
Gurus who wish to offer puja or religious services
- Service providers who wish to offer event-related or cultural services
General users can access MeroGuru without registration.
First-time users intending to register as a Guru or service provider must first register as a user. To register, enter a username, email address, password, confirm the password, accept MeroGuru’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click on the Register button.
After registration, a verification code is sent to your registered email address. You must enter this code in the verification popup and submit it to complete the registration process.
Once verified, you will be directed to your user dashboard where you can upload your photograph and complete your personal details including name, address, and contact information.
After completing your user profile, you can register as a Guru by uploading a service or personal photo, adding your service name, tagline, and about section. You will then provide personal, location, contact, service, and professional details such as qualifications, experience, associated temple, languages spoken, and availability.
Yes. After submitting your Guru profile, you must answer 10 objective questions. Your profile is then reviewed by the MeroGuru admin team. Approval or rejection is communicated after review.
Your Guru profile will appear on meroguru.com only after it is reviewed and approved by the MeroGuru admin.
To register as a service provider, upload a service image, select a service category, enter service name, tagline, and about section, provide location and contact details, and fill in service-specific information such as event types, availability, and service areas. Submit the profile for admin review.
Yes. All service provider profiles are reviewed by the MeroGuru admin team before approval. Only approved profiles are published on the platform.
Yes. The user dashboard allows you to switch between user profile, Guru profile, and service provider profile if you have registered for multiple roles.

Yes. MeroGuru reserves the right to approve or reject Guru or service provider registrations based on verification outcomes and platform standards.
Yes. You can update your profile details through your dashboard. Some changes may require review depending on their nature.
Users can use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset their password using their registered email address.
Yes. MeroGuru handles all personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and uses the information only for platform functionality and service delivery.
Yes. You can log out of your account at any time from your dashboard.
